UpKeep’s 3 Step Booking Process

Search for Service

Select service category and enter zip code. Followed by answering a set of questions.

Choose a Company

After answering the questionnaire, a list of companies will be displayed for you to compare pricing and star rating.

Book and Pay

Once a company is selected. Enter date and time for service and then proceed to book and pay.

Search for Services

Select a service category and input your zip code.

Then select the service right for you.

After service selection, a few options will appear depending on the service. For example, the Car wash category will ask you how many vehicles will be washed, type of vehicle and type of wash interested in.

Once the information is collected, the next step is selecting a service provider.

Once service details have been collected. Now it is time to select the service provider suited for you. Depending on the date you selected, a list of service providers that are available will be provided for you to choose from.

Once the service provider is selected, you can now move on to the next step which is the booking process.

Book and Pay

Now it is time to book your service. Once a service provider is selected, the available time slots will be displayed for you to choose from. If the available times are not convenient for you, changes to the date and service provider can be made to make those accommodations.

The information screen will appear for you to provide personal details and specifications for the service. After this is done, enter your payment information and agree on the terms and conditions.

Your service is now booked. You will receive an email and text confirmation shortly including confirmation details and receipt.
